Andy Van den Broeck is an all-round entrepreneur and marketer with a penchant for immersive experiences. As co-founder and CEO of Reality Matters, he spearheads Extended Reality marketing in both Europe and the US. Reality Matters produces high-end and full-immersive, XR experiences across the globe, nurturing a growing network of VR professionals worldwide.
Andy is a true XR evangelist and a visionary strategist at that. He’s been at very early stage of Virtual Reality entrepreneurship since 2011, successfully venturing beyond the gimmick by constantly pushing boundaries and pursuing strategic partnerships in Europe and the US.
Prior to this VR endeavors, Andy began his career at Toyota Material Handling Europe where he earned his stripes in Marketing and digital media. Before founding Reality Matters in 2015, he had already built his successful communication agency UCAN since 2007. His employees describe Andy as tenacious and empathic, with the gift to combine traditional communication channels with new technologies.
In recent years he has helped the likes of Accenture, Toyota, Lexus, Mitsubishi, TORO and countless others to turn Extended Reality into a tangible and lucrative business asset.
